Purchase contract should be enclosure to future purchase contract so it should be ready for signature after the construction is finished in few months/years. So all should be finished and prepared.
IMPORTANT: Final revision of purchase contract before its signature after construction is finished is NOT included in these packages as construction usually takes years. If you want its final review before signature and / or our assitance and presence at the meeting for its signature we can agree on further cooperation and individual fee for that when the right time comes. Do not hesitate to contact us for this.
